Your responsibilities
- Shape the future of compliance and risk management in a forward-thinking environment – especially in crypto and blockchain for banks, asset managers, and exchanges.
- Leverage your expertise in risk management and operational resilience for crypto transactions to develop real solutions for our clients.
- Help clients navigate complex regulations such as MiCA, FATF, AML/KYC, FINMA, and more.
- Address compliance challenges in blockchain and crypto ecosystems by creating compliance policies, processes, and monitoring systems for crypto activities.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations to share knowledge and provide fresh perspectives.
Your ticket
- Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field – a Master’s, MBA, or PhD is a plus.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory – ideally within crypto, blockchain, or finance.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, FATF, AML/KYC, FINMA, etc.) and how to apply them effectively.
- Passionate about blockchain, DLT, and crypto – these technologies bring new compliance challenges that you are eager to tackle. Additionally, you bring expertise in crypto custody solutions, trading platforms, and blockchain analytics tools.
- Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking and solution-oriented: You connect the dots and develop smart solutions for complex challenges. Your entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach set you apart – even when working on-site with clients.
