Your responsibilities
- Regulatory Advisory: Shape the future of regulatory reporting by advising financial institutions on implementing requirements like EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, and MMSR – develop innovative solutions to optimize reporting processes.
- Target Operating Models: Co-create future-proof reporting frameworks and define operational models that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Leadership in Implementation: Take the lead on implementing new regulations by coordinating interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with technology partners, and advising C-level executives.
- Process Optimization: Revolutionize workflows and improve data quality using RegTech, automation, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to empower clients and internal teams with deep insights into transaction reporting.
Your ticket
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
- Several Years of Industry Expertise in Financial Services with a focus on regulatory reporting – you have a deep understanding of market mechanisms and infrastructures.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations like EMIR, SFTR, MMSR, and MiFIR II – you translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Technology Skills: Experience with reporting platforms such as Regnology, DeltaconX, Bloomberg, or Kaizen – knowledge of databases, interface integration, and data analysis is a plus.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience leading complex projects while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver results.
- Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking and solution-oriented: You connect the dots and develop smart solutions for complex challenges. Your entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach set you apart – even when working on-site with clients.
