Your responsibilities

Business Models & Strategies: Develop innovative business models, tokenization strategies, and infrastructures for digital assets in banks, asset managers, and exchanges.
Leverage Your Expertise: Apply your knowledge of cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, CBDCs, and distributed ledger technologies (DLT).
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor technological advancements in digital assets and translate them into real solutions.
Optimize Processes: Support the implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and enhance custody, trading, and settlement processes.
Navigate Regulations: Guide clients through regulatory frameworks like MiCA, SEC, BaFin, FINMA, and FATF.
Knowledge Sharing: Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive innovation.

Your ticket

Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
Several years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on digital assets, blockchain, or FinTech.
Digital Assets Expertise: You have a deep understanding of tokenization, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and CBDCs. DLT is more than a buzzword – you know its potential and how to implement it in finance.
Regulatory Know-how: You’re familiar with MiCA, MiFID II, BaFin, FINMA & Co. and understand how to apply them in practice.
Architecture & Operating Models: You can design and optimize functional and technical models for digital assets.
Strong Communication Skills: Whether in German or English, you excel in presentations, workshops, and client meetings, even on complex topics.
Analytical & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You connect the dots, think ahead, and develop smart solutions – with a hands-on approach, even on-site with clients.
Team Player & Positive Attitude: You thrive in an international team and bring a good sense of humor!

Fachwissen einbringen: Nutze dein Know-how zu Kryptowährungen, Tokenisierung, Stablecoins, CBDCs und Distributed-Ledger-Technologien (DLT).
Markttrends erkennen: Behalte technologische Fortschritte im Bereich digitaler Vermögenswerte im Blick und übersetze sie in praxisnahe Lösungen.
Prozesse optimieren: Unterstütze bei der Implementierung von Target Operating Models (TOM) und optimiere Verwahrungs-, Handels- und Abwicklungsprozesse.
Regulatorik navigieren: Berate Kunden zu regulatorischen Anforderungen wie MiCA, SEC, BaFin, FINMA und FATF.
Wissen weitergeben: Halte Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen, um neue Impulse zu setzen.

Deine Eintrittskarte

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich – idealerweise mit Master, MBA oder Promotion.
Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche mit Fokus auf digitale Assets, Blockchain oder FinTech.
