Deine Aufgaben

Beratung mit Wirkung: Unterstütze internationale Top-Banken bei der Analyse komplexer Prozesse, identifiziere Optimierungspotenziale und entwickle innovative Lösungen.
Digitale Finanzwelt gestalten: Entwickle und implementiere modernste digitale Services und optimiere IT-Architekturen für zukunftssichere Finanzlösungen.
Technologie in die Praxis bringen: Begleite Banken bei der Einführung von KI, Smart Contracts und anderen innovativen Finanztechnologien.
Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen entwickeln: Baue die Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen und Entwicklern, um kreative Ideen in funktionierende Tools umzusetzen.
Verantwortung übernehmen: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise – bearbeite eigenständig Projektaufgaben und arbeite eng mit Kunden sowie internen Teams zusammen.
Innovations-Treiber: Beobachte Markttrends, identifiziere Zukunftsthemen und erkunde neue Technologien, um Innovationen in der Finanzbranche voranzutreiben.

Deine Eintrittskarte

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Bereich – idealerweise ergänzt durch einen Master oder eine Promotion.
Erfahrung im Finanzsektor: Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Kapitalmarktumfeld – du kennst Finanzprodukte und Marktinfrastrukturen aus erster Hand und baust Brücken zwischen Fachbereich und IT.
Technologiebegeisterung: Kenntnisse in Cloud-Services, Big Data, KI, RPA, Blockchain sowie Programmiersprachen wie SQL, R oder Python sind ein großes Plus.
Projekterfahrung: Du bist vertraut mit agilen und klassischen Implementierungsmodellen und bewegst dich sicher in verschiedenen Projektumfeldern.
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch – egal ob in Präsentationen, Workshops oder Kundengesprächen.
Analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung – du erkennst Zusammenhänge und packst mit an.

Your ticket

Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s or PhD.
Industry Expertise: Several years of experience in financial or capital markets with a strong understanding of financial products and market infrastructures – you bridge the gap between business and technology seamlessly.
Tech Enthusiasm: Familiarity with cloud services, Big Data, AI, RPA, blockchain, SQL, R, or Python is a strong advantage.
Project Management Skills: Experience with both agile and traditional project methodologies – you navigate various implementation models with confidence.
