- Project Leadership: Take ownership of project workstreams, structure tasks independently, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.
- Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of market trends, explore emerging technologies, and drive key topics forward to foster innovation in the financial industry.
Your ticket
- Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s or PhD.
- Industry Expertise: Several years of experience in financial or capital markets with a strong understanding of financial products and market infrastructures – you bridge the gap between business and technology seamlessly.
- Tech Enthusiasm: Familiarity with cloud services, Big Data, AI, RPA, blockchain, SQL, R, or Python is a strong advantage.
- Project Management Skills: Experience with both agile and traditional project methodologies – you navigate various implementation models with confidence.
- Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking and solution-oriented: You connect the dots and develop smart solutions for complex challenges. Your entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach set you apart – even when working on-site with clients.
